Measurement and fit
Every piece is blocked to one head. The house asks for your head measurement after you order. The house sends a measuring guide on WhatsApp and confirms the fit before the felt is blocked.
After payment
You will be sent a Crown Link to pay. The house then confirms the measurement. Made-to-order pieces are not returnable. Changes are possible in the first 48 hours; after that the felt is cut.
